German House will appear in Bashkortostan

On November 28, two ceremonies took place in Ufa – groundbreaking of the German House and opening of Volkswagen center. The ceremonies were attended by Mr. Konstantin Tolkachev, Chairman of State Assembly – Kouroultai of Bashkortostan Republic, Mr. Boris Kolbin, minister of foreign economic relations, trade and entrepreneurship of Bashkortostan Republic, Dr. Renate Schimkoreit , German Consul General in Ekaterinburg, representatives of World Trade Center Ufa.

The German House will be located on the crossing of the Salavat Yulaev Avenue and Gubaidullina Street and will consist of a 15-storey complex with total area of 37 thousand square meters, office premises of Class A and Class B, comfortable underground two-storey parking with the area of 2000 square meters, exhibition complex, modern trade and servicing outlets and a restaurant.

World Trade Center Ufa, Chamber of trade and industry of Bashkortostan Republic, Volkswagen official dealer and DHL company will be among the anchor tenants of the future center.
