The number of private cars in Bashkortostan within 5 years has increased by 240 thousand

At the same time, 300 thousand people have obtained driving licenses, informs Mr. Dinar Gil’mutdinov, Chief State Traffic Inspector of Bashkortostan Republic. Yet, Mr. Gil’mutdinov noted to Bashinform agency, the level of preparation of future drivers in driving schools continues to be disappointing – only 57 per cent pass theoretical exam on driving at the first try, and only 10 per cent pass the driving test.
State Inspector also mentioned that, as of now, the number of cars registered has diminished significantly. According to Mr. Gil’mutdinov, two months ago up to one thousand of new license plates were issued daily in the Republic. Today this figure reaches 200-300 items per day.
