The participants of the Festival will represent the following countries: Kazakhstan, Armenia, Bangladesh, Germany, Holland, India, Israel, China, Tunis, Japan and ten other foreign countries.
Similar festivals are regularly held in other countries by the association. Russia has hosted the Festival three times already. This time the capital of Bashkortostan has been chosen as venue of the International Festival of Cultures due to the increased number of students from foreign countries, both of near and far abroad, who study and have training courses in the leading universities of the republic.
The Festival will open up an excellent opportunity for all Ufa citizens to get a unique insight into cultures of various countries and share their knowledge about our city and country with the participants of this cultural event. The Festival will last one day which will be fully dedicated to young participants from 20 countries who will present the culture of their countries and show national costumes, cuisine, customs and traditions.
Thus, the International Festival of Cultures in Ufa will become next step in strengthening contacts between students and young experts from various countries.
