Ufa City continues the policy of complex territory development

Mr. Ramzit Maskoulov, Chief Architect of Ufa, held a press conference yesterday. He dwelled on the issues of Ufa complex territory development.
The policy of complex territory development envisages the organization of new, comfortable environment through optimal balance between residential and commercial real estate, social, engineering and transport infrastructures on the basis of gradually developed documentation on territory planning. Complex territory development is a priority today of city territories development in comparison with pinpoint real estate development exercised by the majority of municipalities in 1990-ies and early 2000-ies.
Today, project plans are prepared on the ground of the Master Plan of Ufa City Municipal District and the Rules of land-use and building of Ufa City Municipal District, approved by the Resolutions of Ufa City Municipal District Council.
Projects implementation of complex territory development promises to become not only a means of resolving local problems of city territories, but also main issues of social economic prosperity of Ufa, connected with development of all components of the city body.
Mr. Maskoulov briefly presented  major development areas for residential complexes with CRE and social infrastructure. To these belong Yuzhny micro-district (77.2 ha) with a projected housing capacity of 257 thousand square meters and population of 7,200 people, Kolguevsky micro-district (21.8 ha) with a projected housing capacity of 161.5 thousand square meters and population of 6,800 people, Dyoma-8 and Dyoma-9 micro-districts (40.5 ha) with a projected housing capacity of 400 thousand square meters and population of 14.5 thousand people, and Gloumilino micro-district (400 ha) with a projected housing capacity of 991 thousand square meters and population of 40 thousand people.
In addition, new complex development projects are being prepared. One is a residential area of 2500 ha preliminary called the Natural City to be constructed between Vetoshnikovo and Romanovka villages in Leninsky and Dyomsky districts of Ufa with a projected housing capacity of 2.3 million square meters and population of 100 thousand people. Another project is a new micro-district to the East of the Koustaryovskoe Lake in Dyoma district of Ufa City.
