Vsya Ufa TV Company - Winner of All-Russia TV Contest TEFI-REGION-2008

Vsya Ufa TV company has won TEFI-Region contest! The Bronze Orpheus in the nomination of Interview was awarded to Ufa municipal TV on April 23 in Hanti-Mansiisk. An honorable and respected jury of the contest named the interview of Vladimir Pozner by Gouzel’ Ibragimova – a talented journalist and general director of Vsya Ufa TV company – the best in its genre.

The prize-winning interview was taken in Summer of 2007 when Mr. Pozner was visiting Ufa with his charitable project “A time to live” dedicated to the problems of HIV-positive people. TV academicians – colleagues of Vladimir Pozner – testify that it is not an easy task to interview him, yet Gouzel’ was bright at performing it.

This year, 370 works of 126 TV companies representing 64 towns and villages of Russia competed in TEFI-Region. For Ufa it is a high merit that our TV crew not only reached the finals, but has obtained the prize as well! Members of the contest’s jury, including aces of TV mastership Vladimir Pozner himself, Kirill Naboutov, Sergey Mayorov have noted the high professionalism of the works presented by Vsya Ufa TV company.

On April 24, the Bronze Orpheus came to his new place of residence in Ufa.
