Frost, Fire and Fire Hoses…
Yesterday early morning, approximately at 4 AM, fire started in a small one-storey brick building of the meat smoke shop at Guryevskaya warehouse complex. The fire completely destroyed the housetop, damaged ready products and equipment of the shop. Seven teams of Ufa fire-fighting department, ten special vehicles and over thirty fire-fighters worked to extinguish the fire, successfully finishing their work by morning. Cause of fire is still investigated. Close to 10 AM, fire-fighters rushed to the northern part of Ufa to help one of local construction companies to extinguish the fire in their office. The fire could have led to more devastation, as construction materials warehouses were located in the closest vicinity to the building ablaze. Five teams of Ufa fire-fighting department and ten special vehicles prevented fire from spreading around. No one was injured, the cause of fire has yet to be found. More photo:
